March & April 2025 Challenges

Goal: Complete as many full-length press-ups as possible in 60 seconds.
Rules:
- Start in a standard press-up position: hands shoulder-width apart, body in a straight line.
- Lower your chest to at least 90 degrees at the elbows.
- Fully extend your arms to complete each rep.
- Only full reps count!
How to Compete:
- Record your attempt and submit your total reps.
- Optional: Upload a video for verification.
- Leaderboard ranks by most reps completed.

Goal: Row 2,000m as fast as possible.
Rules:
- Use a Concept2 rowing machine or equivalent.
- Set resistance to any level.
- Maintain proper rowing form throughout.
How to Compete:
- Submit your total time (minutes & seconds).
- Optional: Upload a video for verification.
- Leaderboard ranks by fastest time.

Goal: Run 3km as fast as possible on a treadmill.
Rules:
- The treadmill must be set to 0% incline (flat).
- You must complete the entire 3km distance without pausing.
- Record your exact finishing time.
- Submit your total time (minutes & seconds).
- Optional: Upload a video or photo of your result.
- Leaderboard ranks by fastest time.
